The staff really went out of their way to help and make sure we were happy. They were friendly and accommodating, especially the bellmen. the hotel's location makes it easy to access nearby restaurants and landmarks. the pool area was a bit small but got crowded during NFL games. However, the place smelled terrible every day, which wasn't very pleasant.

The breakfast options were limited and overpriced, and the bed in the hotel room was uncomfortably hard. the casino staff could definitely use some improvement in terms of friendliness and customer service.

The location was good and fantastic, just 5 minutes walk from an indoor mall. We had a decent sized room with good beds, greatly enjoyed it.

Wi-Fi was quite slow; quite pricey breakfast.

The location was convenient, for example, Riverwalk was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel. We loved the stay, my room was reasonably large with a blow dryer, views of the mountains which were so relaxing plus big windows.
